Description
Simple and easy Peruvian Chicken recipe that will become a weekday regular. Great for weekday meals or meal prep. Can be made in the oven or air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of chicken thighs or legs
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional- only if chicken is skinless)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and marinate for a minimum of 30 mins or preferably overnight
AIR FRYER:
- Place pieces of chicken in batches in the basket for turn air fryer to 400 degrees for 10-20 mins.
OVEN:
- Place pieces of chicken on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 35-30 minutes.
Notes
Pre-heat the air fryer by turning it on with no food in basket for 5 mins.
If the chicken has bones will take longer than boneless chicken.
