Benefits of Blueberries:

The fiber, potassium, folate, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and phytonutrient content in blueberries supports heart health. Blueberries are also beneficial to the heart as the fiber helps to reduce the total amount of cholesterol in the blood and decrease the risk of heart disease.

Benefits of Almond Flour:

Almond flour is an ideal alternative for a gluten-free diet and is used in this Gluten-Free Blueberry Crumble. It is also high in protein, manganese, fiber and vitamin E.
