Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe and mashed banana (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325F and grease a standard loaf pan
  2. In a bowl mix together mashed bananas, butter and eggs.
  3. Add sugars and mix.
  4. Add vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, salt and baking soda and mix.
  5. Add whole wheat flour and yogurt and mix.
  6. Add mini chocolate chips and pour into the loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
