Baked Salmon with Dill and Jalapeño

Baked salmon topped with a marinade of dill, jalapeno, lemon, garlic, and olive oil. This is a simple and easy meal. A delicious lean and healthy weeknight meal.

I love eating fish but am not a huge fan of the smell. This is one of my favorite ways to prepare salmon. It is quick and easy in the oven and does not leave my apartment with any smell.

Baked salmon pairs well with Greek Style Lemon Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus, or a Green Leafy Salad.
