I love eating fish but am not a huge fan of the smell. This is one of my favorite ways to prepare salmon. It is quick and easy in the oven and does not leave my apartment with any smell.

How to make Bake Salmon with Dill and Jalapeño:
Combine minced garlic, jalapeño, lemon zest, dill with olive oil, and lemon juice into a marinade. Place the marinade on top of the salmon after it has been pat dried. And then I cook it in the oven at 350 degrees for around 20 mins. Super simple and easy!

- 1 pound of salmon
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon of dill
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
