This recipe is also ridiculously simple to make. In a large bowl add chicken, yogurt, lemon, cumin, coriander powder, tandoori powder, paprika and salt. Mix until the chicken is coated and the yogurt is a vibrant even color. Let the chicken sit and marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight. Then place the chicken thighs in batches in the air fryer basket (I manage about 3- 4 thighs at a time). Cook for 12-15 minutes ay 400 degrees. This recipe is out sanely delicious. You will want to make this chicken all the time after you realize how quick and easy it is to make something that delicious.

- 2 lbs of chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp tandoori powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- Mix all th ingredients together in a bowl and marinade the chicken for at least 30 minutes (preferably overnight)
- Cook the chicken in the air fryer in batches for 12-15 minutes. (Should be about 3 batches)
- Cook the chicken on a baking sheet for 30-35 minutes in a preheated convection oven of 400 degrees.
